Youth In Transition Peer Mentoring Group
Graduating from high school can be an overwhelming experience. There are many roads to navigate to reach your individual goals and dreams. To assist you in this untraveled journey,
dRC is currently in the process of developing a Youth Peer Mentoring Group for youth in transition, ages 16-25 for students who will soon be graduating, or have already graduated, from high school. You may attend a university/college, or have gone into the work place directly after graduating from high school, no matter the road you have chosen, we’re sure you have experiences and other things you would like to share. All youth with a disability are welcome to participate.
f you are interested in being involved in our peer support group for youth, or becoming a mentor, please call Mike Scripa at (865) 637-3666 or email him; firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
